I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason whatsoever, especially if it offends my dignity and principles.

Payment can be made in advance, after the sketch is approved, or 50% before and 50% after the sketch for high-value payments (over 100USD).

There will be no refunds after the sketch stage, and drastic changes after this stage will be charged separately.

Changes are only allowed at the initial draft stage, changes after initial approval will be charged separately.

My deadlines are unstable and may change for any reason. The client is free to demand positioning and discuss the matter.

Using my art inappropriately and breaking any of these terms will result in you being blacklisted and possible legal action may be reported.

Misuse of art includes: copyright infringement such as tracing, recoloring, editing, and signature removal, reposting by third parties without proper credit, use in AI/NFT, and commercial reproduction (except when negotiated for this purpose).
